Kindness Pledge

Consideration for the Kindness Pledge began during initial Rewilding project as a way of considering others and making places nicer and kinder so that they could be nurturing places to work. We had the concept of a social contract where each participant was valued for more than the professional aspect that they could bring to the project.

 

The result was a Kindness Pledge which now forms part of the Culture of Care Nestbox Agreement, but is also available as a standalone Kindness Pledge document.
