Shipping Information

We are a disabled led collection of artists and aim to post all items within 5 days of the order being placed. However, our bodies do have a habit of conspiring against us, so we appreciate your patience if it takes a little longer. We will inform you if there is any dely.

Shipping is conducted through the Royal Mail and subject to their current timescales. We are sorry but we do not currently post internationally.

If you need any assistance, please do get in touch and we will do our best to help. Your kindness is appreciated.

Returns & Refunds

You can receive a refund on your purchase if you let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return it. Please wait for a confirmation email before sending your item back in its original packaging and condition with proof of purchase using a tracked delivery method.

On receipt, a refund will be made to you within 14 days.

Commissioned & digital items are non-refundable.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days of receipt, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty items will be refunded or replacement offered if returned within 30 days of purchase. Any faulty digital items will be replaced.

You will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Use of Resources

By purchasing Rewilding the Artist resources (free or paid for, digital or physical), you agree to respect the resource and the owner’s copyright.

Resources must not be copied or reproduced without the written agreement from the copyright owner and Rewilding the Artist.

No resource may be distributed or monetised by the purchaser.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers
